An order on this site is a request. Your Biolights representative confirms price and availability before an invoice is issued.

Returning goods

To return goods, contact your representative or write to biolightsco@gmail.com with your invoice number. A return is recorded against the original invoice as a credit note.

Conditions

The conditions for returns and exchanges, such as the time allowed and the state the goods must be in, are set by Biolights and will be published on this page.

Wrong or damaged items

Tell us as soon as you notice, quoting the invoice number, so we can check the delivery against your order.
