Who we are
This website is run by Biolights W.L.L, Manama, Bahrain. For anything in this notice, write to biolightsco@gmail.com.
What the forms collect
The order request form collects:
- your name and mobile number
- your shop name and area, if you give them
- your delivery preference and a note, if you write one
- the items and quantities you ask for
- the salesman link you arrived through, if any
The inquiry forms (services, about, business collaboration and contact) collect your name, company if you give it, phone number and email address, the subject and your message.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry; to price, confirm and deliver your order; to issue invoices and keep accounting records; to contact you about your order, including by phone or WhatsApp; and to protect the forms from spam.
Where the data is stored
The data you submit is stored in a database located in the European Union.
Spam protection
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs, and a hidden field that real visitors never see. Turnstile runs in your browser and may use technical information about it to decide.
What stays on your phone
The site stores a few things in your browser's local storage on your own device: your cart, the details you ask it to remember (only if you tick "Save my details on this phone"), and the salesman link you came through (kept for 30 days). They are not sent to us until you place an order or inquiry. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the personal data you sent us, email biolightsco@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and legal rules require.
